Personal data processing policy
What data may be processed
- client name, phone number and selected communication language;
- selected service, staff member, booking date and time;
- chat identifier and source channel: Telegram, MAX, WhatsApp or another connected messenger;
- comments, wishes and files that the client sends in chat.
Why this is needed
- create, confirm, reschedule or cancel a booking;
- send reminders and booking change messages;
- pass a question to a staff member and keep the request history;
- avoid offering occupied time and respect restrictions such as a blacklist.
Storage period and place
Data is stored in the CRM for as long as it is needed for booking, client support, legal duties and internal records of the service owner. Request files may be deleted after a reply if they are no longer needed.
Client rights
The client may request correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and may withdraw consent through the showcase owner contact or through the channel where the booking was created.
Consent to personal data processing
By pressing the contact sharing button or sending a phone number, name, comment or file to the booking bot, the client freely and knowingly consents to processing this data for booking and related communication.
- collection, recording, storage, correction, use and deletion of data are allowed;
- data is used only for booking, notifications, consultation, support and CRM operation;
- if the client does not send a phone number, the booking is not completed in the bot.
Consent may be withdrawn. After withdrawal, the service owner stops processing except where storage is required by law or needed to protect rights and confirm completed actions.
